By using Gloss, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Gloss is a Chrome browser extension that provides instant word translation on any webpage. Access requires an active paid subscription at $5 per month.

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly at $5.00 USD. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

You may use Gloss for personal or commercial reading and translation purposes. You may not share your account credentials, resell access, or use the service in a way that places excessive load on our translation infrastructure.

Service availability

We aim to keep Gloss available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Translation quality depends on third-party providers and may vary. We are not responsible for translation accuracy.

Intellectual property

The Gloss extension, website, and brand are owned by the Gloss team. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without permission.

Limitation of liability

Gloss is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to translation errors or service interruptions.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
